Let me dance or I must scream

This blog ain't about dancin! But it could be, like now.  I love to dance.  It's one of the best things to do in the world to me.  I feel free when I'm dancing.  I may not look as good dancing anymore, but dammit I still enjoy it.  This post is actually more about celebrating small and great times in our lifes.  Just say outloud, "Laugh and Dance", Laugh and Dance, Laugh and Dance; how about screaming it.  I used to have a t-shirt that said, "It's been lovely but I must Scream!  I loved that shirt.  Have you ever felt like that?  I have more often then not. Even after the shirt faded away, I remembered the sentence.  I say it outloud to myself and I laugh and dance a jig. 

Lately, I've been saying "Laugh and Dance" quite abit.  Life gets tidious, monotonous (spelled?), and not lovely at all, but then you must scream outloud.  OUTLOUD!  Thats a good word.
